Conference Committee Chair PositionsWe are forming the 2014 Conference Committee - planning for our October conference in Portland, OR.. Join in to make this a memorable and educational conference. Below are the descriptions of responsibilities of committee chairs. If you are interested in being on one of these committees, please contact Leslie Greer, CIT President. Audio/Visual ChairRequired to be onsite everyday during the entire conference. Works closely with the Program Chair and Special Events Chair. See list of duties. Exhibits ChairRequired to be onsite prior to the conference, during exhibit hall set up hours, to help exhibitors with problems that arise. Should be onsite during the conference for problems, too. See list of duties. Fundraising ChairWorks closely with Exhibits, Program Book and Registration Chairs. See list of duties. Hospitality/Special Events ChairCoordinates special events at the conference. See list of duties. Interpreter CoordinatorWorks closely with Registration, Program Book, Volunteer and Program Chairs. Must be onsite during entire conference. See list of duties. Nominations ChairMust attend business meeting at the conference. See list of duties. Proceedings Chair/EditorWorks with the Program and Proceedings CD-ROM Chairs. See list of duties.
