Exhibits and Program Book

The Conference of Interpreter Trainers National Conference will be held in the city of San Antonio, Texas from October 27-30, 2010. The conference will be held at the beautiful Omni La Mansion del Rio Hotel. During the 2010 conference, CIT will collaborate with the American Sign Language Teachers Association (ASLTA) and will also welcome participants from the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and other countries around the world to the conference. Show your commitment to quality interpreter education by being an exhibitor for the conference or advertising in our program book.

Exhibiting Information

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting with us at our upcoming conference. The cost is $475. This cost includes 1 – 3 tables. This includes all three days of the conference and includes all conference food (except the banquet). Breakfast and the break area each day of the conference will be in the same room as the exhibit area which will allow for maximum exposure. We have a limited number of exhibit tables available, and sponsors have priority. No banners or signage can be posted in the exhibit area without prior approval from the hotel management. Exhibits can be set up beginning Wednesday, October 27 at 7pm. Exhibits can also be set up at 7 am on Thursday, October 28. The exhibit hall will close at 1:30 pm on Saturday, October 30. The exhibit room will be locked each night. The only security that will be provided is the standard hotel security.

If you need electricity, a hard wire internet connection, or a phone line, please download this form and contact the hotel directly. Note: there is no Wi-Fi connection in the Exhibit Hall.
