Exhibitors

The Conference of Interpreter Trainers National Conference will be held in the Queen City of Charlotte, North Carolina from October 17 – 20, 2012. The conference will be held at the beautiful Charlotte University Hilton Hotel. Click here for information on hotel accommodations. Please consider joining us and showing your commitment to Innovative and Creative Opportunities for Research and Education of interpreters by being an exhibitor at the conference.

Exhibiting Information

Thank you for considering exhibiting with us at our upcoming conference. The cost is $475.

Included in the fee for exhibiting are daily continental breakfasts and daily refreshments at two breaks served in the exhibit hall for up to two people.

Buffet lunches can be purchased for $100 per person for the entire 3 days.  As an alternative, there are many fast food and local restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

If more than two people are working at an exhibit booth, then extra costs for food will be charged as follows:

  • Additional breakfasts and breaks can be purchased for $170 per person for the entire 3 days. 
  • Lunch can be added on to that for an additional $100. 
  • All exhibitors wishing to attend the banquet will need to register to attend the banquet and pay the $55 fee.

Breakfast and the break area each day of the conference will be in the same room as the exhibit area which will allow for maximum exposure. We have a limited number of exhibit tables available, and sponsors have priority. No banners or signage may be posted in the exhibit area. Exhibit hours are from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm daily. Exhibits may be set up beginning at 7:00 am on Wednesday, October 17. All exhibits must be taken down by noon on Sunday, October 21. The exhibit room will be locked each night. The only security that will be provided is the standard hotel security.

Wireless internet, one 6 foot draped/skirted table, one chair, and 110V electricity are included in the exhibit fee.
