Be sure to have entered your personal information in the previous step. This will help ensure that we have all the information necessary for being prepared for your attendance at the conference.

Paying by Check

If you have registered online but wish to pay by check, check your e-mail. A message has been sent to the address you entered which you can print out and mail in with your check payment..

The following options below are for you to pay online with a credit card or PayPal. (PayPal is the service we use to process credit card selections.) If you are not paying online, you do not need to click any of the options below.

Waived Registrations

For invited representatives of our partner organizations, representatives of sponsors, as well as committe members: If you have a waived conference registration, you do not need to go any further, unless you wish to purchase printed proceedings, banquet tickets, or to register for Pre-Conference events. If you do not wish to purchase any of these things, your registration is completed.

Banuqet - Saturday Night - $50 per ticket

Printed Conference Proceedings - All conference attendees who register prior to late registration closing will receive a copy of the proceedings on a flash drive. If you would also like a printed copy of proceedings, you can order that as an extra. $30 Member rate | $50 Non-Member rate

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Registrations may not be transferred.

Have the benefit of registering two faculty or staff at the member rate. Institutions need to be members prior to selecting this option.
