The Conference of Interpreter Trainers (CIT) will hold its conference in the beautiful city of San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 22-25, 2008 at the Condado Plaza Hotel. CIT's mission is to promote quality education for interpreters working between English and American Sign Language. During the 2008 conference, CIT will collaborate with the American Sign Language Teachers’ Association (ASLTA) and will also welcome ASL instructors from the United States, Canada and countries around the world to the conference.
