Research on Educational Interpreters Representing Phonics

Dear Colleagues,

I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Interpretation at Gallaudet University and am conducting a research study on how educational interpreters represent phonological aspects of English in their sign interpretations, such as is necessary when interpreting phonics instruction in mainstream elementary public school classrooms, for example.
